Pros

- Startup culture so lots room for growth and advancement - Meaningful job

Cons

- No work-life balance and expected to always be accessible via Slack - Some misogynistic leadership - Lower salary for staying than for coming in as a new hire - There was pressure to come into the office in early COVID days - Benefits are average

Rx Savings Solutions Response

You're right, the environment is fast-moving. Demand for what we do and the market opportunity is tremendous, so it's been a race to establish us as a leader in the space. We're in a great position thanks to the long hours and hard work put in by people in all areas of the company. We regret that you feel things were unbalanced, and especially your comment about "some misogynistic leadership." We hope you raised this concern with your supervisor, because any such attitude or actions are not tolerated here, regardless of position as they are completely against our company core values.

Pros

Great work environment. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming.

Cons

Have to be 18 to work there which made it take an extra 6 months for me to be hired.

Pros

Haven't lost our jobs yet

Cons

Executive Leadership has completely lost touch with their people. Instead of having real conversations, they hide behind surveys-- unlike Mike and the former leadership, who actually listened and connected. Product has lost its focus entirely. There's no clear plan to retain talent, no action able roadmaps, and everything is dictated from the top down, leaving teams feeling powerless and uninspired. We waste countless hours on McKesson processes and mandatory trainings while being told there's no budget to see our remote team members-- even quarterly. Yet, there's always money to fly leadership to/from different hub locations and cover their hotel stays. The culture that once defined us is nearly gone. The ceremonies remain, but the true spirit of the Wolverine-the drive, pride, and connection that made us strong-has been abandoned.
