4yWe regret this is how you perceived the environment during your time here. Even though employees independently and perennially rank us one of our city's Best Places to Work, we realize those feelings will never be unanimous. However, it should be noted that RxSS has never had any layoffs in our 10+ year history. We have asked employees to leave after multiple notices that their job performance did not meet stated expectations and after they were given multiple opportunities to improve. By definition, these are not "layoffs." Nepotism is a serious accusation and one we do not take lightly. With the exception of a handful of related employees in a population of more than 250, we find no basis in fact for your assertion. Regarding your claim of favoritism and Telegu-centric office politics, this is the first such complaint we've heard, but we will explore and address as needed. We pride ourselves on our diverse workforce and the fact that our employees and leaders represent so many nationalities, ethnicities, orientations and life experiences. Anytime an employee believes they are subject to harassment of any kind, we urge them to report it to HR immediately rather than allow the alleged harassment to continue.
