unsustainable work conditions - Medical Aesthetician/Laser Tech SEV Laser Aesthetics Employee Review

Pros

The clients are friendly and I loved my coworkers

Cons

High turnover with management, also what people say is true about it being a sweat shop for laser techs. You see 30 ppl everyday and the appointments feel rushed. It’s not only bad on us but also the clients can feel it too. No other Medspa runs like this. Usually they let us have more time with our patients. It’s honestly not worth it and not a sustainable job long term. I would rather work for a company that values their employees AND customer experience

Pros

I work as a Benefits Advisor and have a good experience overall. It can definitely get busy, but I learn a lot and gain experience that I know will help me in future HR roles. The team is friendly, and people are usually willing to answer questions or help when needed. The company is growing quickly, which keeps things interesting, but it also means there’s a lot going on at times. If you’re someone who likes staying busy and doesn’t mind juggling different tasks, you’ll probably do well here. Like any growing company, there are times when the workload feels like a lot, especially during busy seasons. Having a little more support on the team would make a big difference, but overall I enjoy my time here and appreciate everything I learn.

Cons

● Priorities can change throughout the day ● More staffing would help as the company continues to grow
