I work as a Benefits Advisor and have a good experience overall. It can definitely get busy, but I learn a lot and gain experience that I know will help me in future HR roles. The team is friendly, and people are usually willing to answer questions or help when needed. The company is growing quickly, which keeps things interesting, but it also means there’s a lot going on at times. If you’re someone who likes staying busy and doesn’t mind juggling different tasks, you’ll probably do well here. Like any growing company, there are times when the workload feels like a lot, especially during busy seasons. Having a little more support on the team would make a big difference, but overall I enjoy my time here and appreciate everything I learn.

Absolutely love working here! The environment is so friendly and everyone is supportive. Very collaborative workspace! Recommend this place for anyone that is looking to advance in aesthetics!
