Pros

I work as a Benefits Advisor and have a good experience overall. It can definitely get busy, but I learn a lot and gain experience that I know will help me in future HR roles. The team is friendly, and people are usually willing to answer questions or help when needed. The company is growing quickly, which keeps things interesting, but it also means there’s a lot going on at times. If you’re someone who likes staying busy and doesn’t mind juggling different tasks, you’ll probably do well here. Like any growing company, there are times when the workload feels like a lot, especially during busy seasons. Having a little more support on the team would make a big difference, but overall I enjoy my time here and appreciate everything I learn.

Cons

● Priorities can change throughout the day ● More staffing would help as the company continues to grow

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working as an HR Coordinator at SEV Laser. I’ve been given the opportunity to learn and grow in many different areas of HR, and no two days are exactly the same. I appreciate being trusted with meaningful responsibilities and having the opportunity to work closely with different departments and locations. My team is supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help when needed. I’ve also learned a lot since joining the company and feel that there are great opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

Like any growing company with locations across multiple states, things can move quickly and priorities can change. Working in HR requires being organized and able to adapt, especially when supporting a large employee population. Overall, I see this as part of the learning experience and it has helped me grow professionally.
