Pros
Beautiful location, ability to interact with many new people daily.
Cons
Extremely unorganized, managed by individuals with no medical background. Sink or swim environment. Higher ups who never show face at location will blame techs and nurses for anything that goes wrong. Will accuse staff of not clean machines well enough, when a machine breaks down simply due to wear and tear. Will overbook nurses/ techs, then be breathing down their necks to get patients “in and out” despite being double booked. Pay is terrible, despite how much money nurses/ techs make the company. No raises or bonuses, you have to rely on tips. Management will change your schedule at the last minute with no explanation and expect staff to revolve their entire world around the company. When calling in sick, the company will say things such as “can’t you tough it out” “we really need to work as a team” “we really need you to come in”. Overall not a good work environment. There is high amounts of pressure or on staff to work overtime, and when staff are unable they will be told that they are not being “team players”.
