Pros

- Work from home for 2 days a week - Lax management, no micromanagement - 1 hour lunch break

Cons

-No upward mobility, no promotions -No salary increase, just minor increases to your bonus -No reason to stay past 5 years. After 5 years, you get 5 extra vacation days, but that's it. -They refuse to hire more people for other teams, so you will have to do extra work from other teams. No additional compensation.

Pros

Manager is very hands-off and trusts you to get your work done as long as your metrics look good. Overall good work culture - good work/life balance. Low stress work which can be nice if you’re okay with, what’s for the most part, a fairly repetitive/uninspiring variety of work (I personally like this but realize it’s not for everyone). Very friendly co-workers. Plenty of chances to prove yourself & work your way up the ladder if that’s something you care about.

Cons

Heavy focus on questionable metrics, especially in this current era of measuring AI usage. Repetitive/uninspiring work that can start to feel boring if you’re wanting something more interesting

Pros

May be good for entry level, to get some experience in the industry. Other than that this should be considered a stepping stone.

Cons

This used to be a good company with enthusiasm to go around. It is sad and unfortunate to see what this company has become and is becoming. The numbers say a lot. As of this review, only 51% of current employees would risk their reputation by recommending this company to a friend of colleague. In school, 70% or below is a failing grade. SHI is 19% below failure now. The majority of employees (53%) have a negative outlook on the company's future. That is accurate, largely due to unstable leadership. An "us vs them" mentality between leadership and the employees at the ground level. Especially on AHOD calls, leadership seems totally disconnected and aloof. Not to be completely negative, there are some good managers here. But they tend to not stick around for very long because they know better. Usually just good enough to pad the resume until they can find a way out.
