FIRST AND FOREMOST THE PAY IS HORRIBLE HERE. Read that sentence twice before anything else. I REPEAT - THE PAY IS NOT GOOD. There is a base salary plus commission. Commission is all based on the team you get placed on, and it is complete luck of the draw. Some teams do have high commissions, but do not expect to be placed on them. I am on a very busy team, and we do not have a second to breath because it gets so hectic. Our salary in no way reflects what we deserve to be paid and it is not fair. You will realize quickly that what the supposed job description is, is not what you will actually need to do - there is much more. Management is disconnected from everyone below them. They do not provide sufficient incentives to further help the Inside Account Managers. The company fills its pockets with billions of dollars a year and barely gives back to the average employee. In terms of career advancement, there are many internal job openings, but management is very unfair about when they will let you change positions. It is all according to what they need first. They will give you the run around and will leave you hanging waiting for that next position to come. Turnover for the IAM position is also very high and people quit regularly.
