      Pros

      Relationship with Microsoft, and support team for Microsoft Licensing are great

      Cons

      Haven't trained Sales team how to sell consulting, training limited with payback requirement, and business processes and paperwork poorly defined and not understood by anyone.

      Pros

      This may be a good place to start in order to gain experience in the industry at the entry level. Beyond that it should be a stepping stone.

      Cons

      The Glassdoor numbers say a lot. Only 50% of the people who work here would recommend to a friend or colleague. In school, 70% is 1% away from failure. SHI is 20% below failure. To add, 53% of the people who work here have a negative outlook on the company's future. That seems like a trend in the wrong direction. If your career is an investment in your life, that needs to be considered before investing a career into SHI.
