SHI only cares for the sales reps at the company to the point where working for the support side offers no growth opportunities. Sales teams are offered weeks of vacation, bonus opportunities, trainings and events while support side of the company is offered none of the incentives despite being told they are relied upon for success.
Management will lie, low ball offers to move within the company and rescind perks without communication
HR is distrustful of employees
