Business Outlook
Pros
The teams have a much more supportive culture rather than every man for themselves. Customers are almost always looking forward to talking to you which is quite different from beginning in an AE role when building out your book of business. Much more flexible WFH policy than sellers! Huge!
Cons
The acquisition side of this focus is very frustrating. It´s a very long sales cycle trying to win over customers. A lot of work goes into showing our value, and they often times choose to stay with their vendor as we are always at a pricing disadvantage.
