- absolute meat grinder of a sales org, remarkably low base salary ($40k) for account executives and you only make money off of gross margin, not revenue which is peanuts
- They give you really bad accounts to work with that have rejected SHI in the past or have to start from the bottom up so you naturally are stuck with making only your base for months on end unless you're really lucky
- have no access to useful sales tool like other sales orgs (really bad CRM system, no way to get direct numbers to prospects, and a manual email system)
- company culture is toxic, everyone wants to leave here and is trying to leave to other companies
- a lot of reps here try to steal other reps's accounts
