Pros

- Good benefits ( but there has been murmurs of them reducing benefits soon) - clean office location - employee discount - health benefits and fertility benefits currently - pay is about industry standard - small 401k match

Cons

- SVPs and some directors have big ego problems - lots of finger pointing - big lag on hiring so you drown in work - do not work here if you can’t handle change - favoritism - watch out for fake reviews on here from HR
