Pros

benefits are great, golden handcuffs in a way, 401k, health insurance + 50% for dependents, lunches, discounts across brands

Cons

Speaking to the senior leadership - extremely toxic and unrealistic expectations for team bandwidth. No structure and career trajectory for direct reports as svps are hyper focused on proving self and driven by ego, no EI. Loads of turnover, lack of communication, clarity and strategy. Constantly feels like we are throwing spaghetti at wall. Startups are typically chaotic but this is just sloppy.

Cons

Most toxic and unprofessional SVP’s and Directors you’ll ever encounter. Nepotism promotions and unqualified leadership who lack experience. Bullying, politics, disrespect, finger pointing, and minimal to no support and collaboration between teams. No thoughtful decision making nor strategizing on creative vision causing all non managers to chase goal posts that keep moving. Everyone works late nights and weekends. Lack of proper processes for a company of this scale.
