Good benefits, discounts, pays are in line if not slightly higher within the industry

Cons

Where do I start? Toxic management from top. Culture of blame. You need to play politics to survive here instead of actually doing your job. I was lied to from day 1 of the scoop of my role and was gaslighted my entire duration there.
