      Pros

      I was involved in lots of challenging projects. The engineers are expected to deliver with very minimal supervision which is great for professional growth (no micromanaging). All coworkers are the best of the best so there is also a lot of learning and self improvement. The Stanford brand on my resume is amazing.

      Cons

      The cost of living in the area is too high comparing to what SLAC can pay. This is not the lab's fault, but rather sad reality.
