      Cutting-edge science and technology; world-class research facilities; best-and-brightest colleagues.

      Cons

      Meetings, meetings and more meetings. Paperwork out the wazoo, much of it not automated. You end up spending more time negotiating the bureaucracy than you do working on the science.
