Pros
- Flexible work culture good for family-oriented employees, good work-life balance - Work from home is routine and informally left at the discretion of employees - Compulsory annual raise based on inflation and performance.
Cons
- safety concerns stemming from a few minor-to-moderate accidents, mostly electricians working with high voltage lines. - Many employees complain of being overworked, but not my personal experience. - 24hr operation means one or more people in the controls group is on-call at all times, sometimes having to escalate to subject matter experts. Not very demanding, but something to be aware of.
