      Pros

      Good interaction with both peers and management. Very flexible on time commitment, appreciates competence over ability to make yourself seem good.

      Cons

      Different from typical work environment. You sometimes aren't pushed enough. In my case I was stuck a little bit in terms of what I was able to work on.
