Decrease support from admin and HR, with available support often inconsistent. Workplace culture can sometimes be impacted by interpersonal dynamics. Lack of adequate training for staff in neuroaffirming practices.
A significant amount of administrative responsibility is placed on providers, including communicating with families (calls/texts), tracking attendance, and enforcing attendance policies while on top of managing high caseloads, completing daily documentation, and writing reports. This can contribute to workload strain and reduced time for direct client care.
