Employee morale should and could be better. Company should invest more into there top employees and employees who show initiative to grow.

- Room for growth - Coworkers can be friendly

- Varied systems that overcomplicate the work - Priority management is insufficient - Heavy focus on revenue numbers, causes system issues in other areas
