Executives focused on acquisitions to sell the company and pad their pockets. VP's and managers are inept and clueless, no focus on employees, no understanding of the business, really amazing they are still in business. Working some people to death with endless overtime, sending others home because there's no work in their area. No understanding of balancing workflow, cross training, or even training for that matter.
