Pros

The manufacturing staff are hard working and dedicated to the company! They work hard and take pride in everything they do and the company they work for.

Cons

I knew almost immediately I had made a mistake. Still stayed three years trying to support change, and 3 CEO's.. I had high hopes for the new CEO but he has not lived up to his commitments to the board, employees, or stakeholders. He no longer has the trust of the people. It is really sad...they really did have. The CEO wants to decrease benefits and take away. He treats the manufacturing staff as "less than" office and managers.

On-boarding was simple and relatively easy

Cons

Pay is trash, they laid me off, they apparently do this all the time, basically used me and dumped me, There were others there with 10x the experience I had with the same pay, absolute horrible. Company should be ashamed of itself.

very poor processes and quality. Management changes are constant last 10 years and none of them realize how to actually fix the problems with the business
