Pros

Generally laid back management, but tough situations drive pressure. Flexible engineers that look out for each other. Great place to work with many customers and interesting designs.

Cons

Expect to work many weekends, your PTO will often be decided for you. Chaotic and ambiguous situations are par for the course. Fear is primary motivator with engineers working 60+ hours a week laid off.

Cons

They won't spend any money on fixing the equipment. Then complain when can't move product out the door. They act like its the employees fault when product doesn't move

I work with some great coworkers.

Cons

We are always in part shortages because they won't pay their bills. And when equipment breaks they can't call someone to fix it because they never for the last time they called to fix something.
