Management is HORRIBLE and DISRESPECTFUL!! Human resources Is down right now existent unless you're about to be fired. They will not pay you what you deserve. The only way to get a raise is have the government raise it. There is no room for growth, you're only crossed trained if you're a buddy with management. If you're over 35 forget any desk job, you're not wanted at the desk because all the friends and younger people get those jobs. You're hated if you're a good worker and have experience. Then management looks for excuses not to cross train you or to get you in trouble.
