Pros
The channels of communication are wide open with all levels. I can walk into the COO's office and an Administrative Assistant can walk into my office without issue to discuss any pending matters. The company listens to their staff and is constantly commending outstanding behavior publicly, while handling problems privately (as it should be). There is room for growth as long as you work for it. In my position, I have the added benefit of meeting new people through the project management process and visiting different parts of the country (which I've always wanted to do). If you hate doing the same task over and over, this company provides a fast paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Also, good compensation based on performance not some predetermined ceiling.
Cons
As with any company with very rapid growth, there is room for improvement in some areas. However, I see the effort being made to correct issues as they arise, so no "deal breaker" cons.
