extensive training, mostly good coworkers, pm and weekend shift differentials, I liked my supervisor and leads

Cons

medical field was not for me, pay for a phlebotomist in general (not just SSM) should absolutely be higher, you can tell there's a lot of burnout and high turnaround here among the phleb team
