Reasonable caseload Autonomy Day hours Weekends off Average salary Good health insurance

Cons

Low census means you’ll be off without pay - weather closure -off without pay All sick leave, vacation out of same bank of leave No time off for holiday with pay- must use your own leave - even for major holidays like Christmas! Almost no flexibility if you work full time with hours 8-5 no matter what Hard to take off if you are sick, no one to cover your job responsibilities

Family-like relationship with coworkers, clinic work is better than hospital

Management is disconnected from front line staff, and it seems like they are more concerned about money and numbers than patient safety and nurse safety
