Pros
The staff is awesome. You are treated with respect and kindness. Everyone is in a good mood and says hello when passing you, whether they know you or not. Very good atmosphere to work in. Just makes you want to help that much more. Makes you very proud to work for a company with so much compassion for not only the patients but the employees also. Everyone in each department is very helpful.
Cons
I wish there were more charitable ways to get involved other than money. Maybe like a food drive.
