friendly staff for the most part, many directors actually care about their employees, frequent employee gifts altho small and much less than company prior to the buyout, management tries to be flexible, HR will actually try to help you
Cons
some clearly favoured depts. some directors/managers don't communicate well or know what they are doing yet are kept, hiring is biased by gender and role sometimes, discipline is a bit extreme in length, raises aren't common at least for many depts. health benefits are trash just enough to say you technically have health insurance, no holidays are 'paid off' you must use PTO, depending on dept can be hard to move positions, lots of drama like highschool, overly picky about looks (experiences for this hospital only)
