Pros
Great co-workers, decent benefits, but this is changing.
Cons
No job security. Morale has taken a nose dive. Cutting jobs and expecting employees to pick up the slack with no incentive other than insinuating we're lucky we still have jobs. Small increases that don't cover cost of living and benefit cost increases.
