Pros
Everyone I came across working on site at St. Mary's was always very nice and helpful. During my 3 years as a coder, we got yearly raises. Although it was a significant amount, it was something and did add up. My superiors worked with me when I needed scheduling changes (worked from home as a coder, so there was some flex-time allowed), and always encouraged their employees to go out for opportunities for advancement.
Cons
The only thing I can think of that was a negative was there was no consistency when it came to the actual coding. The educator would say to code a specific scenario one way, the auditor another, and team lead would give another way. But I guess that's what happens with coding.
