Business Outlook
Pros
Loved the people I worked with as a team. Supportive, flexible and enjoyed working together. This included management-until they were fired/ forced to retire when SSM bought us out. Our company had been respected, patient centered and valued before SSM.
Cons
Fear is how this Christian corporation runs their staff. Everyone is replaceable. The concern for patients is also no longer a priority. Meetings were had demanding that more revenue be made. Patients were doubled up on the schedule. Not a request-a requirement of SSM. Do it or we will find someone to replace you. Important health programs we had offered to our patients were dropped because the monetary value wasn't there, or because the services given were un-billable.
