Pros
Salary is very competitive and they will retain what they think is the best talent. They also value mentoring and proper placement of executives vs. speedy hiring for the sake of filling a position.
Cons
The company does not employ a diverse workforce. The corporate office may have the most diversity (women, minorities, young and older workers) but at their other facilities this is the exception not the rule.
