Pros
Faith-based, Mission driven organization. Most coworkers are genuinely good to work with and support a positive environment. There are many opportunities to learn and opportunities for advancement and/or lateral moves to further your career development
Cons
Like any organization, there are some negative employees who try to bring the whole group down. Communication is not always the best from top to bottom to give a consistent message. We talk about innovation, but some of our culture is so traditional it doesn't seem that innovation could come from it in the current state.
