Pros

- Strong mission and values - Decent benefits - health, dental, vision, 403b - PTO - 24 days annually, incudes vacation, sick, and holidays

Cons

- Difficult to move up in the corporate space unless located in the St. Louis Area - As a not for profit organization, they run very lean. You may be picking up the slack of others permanently when they leave the organization. With the COVID furloughs and layoffs in 2020, team members were not replaced while those still employed were doing the job of 2-3 people with no pay increases. - As a WFH employee, work life balance is non-existent. - Resources are limited to do your job efficiently. - Pay is typically lower than their competitors, especially within the clinical space - Increases only happen in May, and are between 2-3% of your annual salary. - Bonuses are only available to employees at the VP level or above - Ideas and improvements are listened to by leadership, but impactful change is rarely made. - Within one year (2021), over 70% of the recruitment team left the organization. Those left were given little to no support by senior leadership. If that's not a red flag for anyone looking at joining this organization, I don't know what is.

Pros

Family-like relationship with coworkers, clinic work is better than hospital

Cons

Management is disconnected from front line staff, and it seems like they are more concerned about money and numbers than patient safety and nurse safety
