Pros
Very welcoming environment. Many people have worked there for years and truly have the hospital and patient interest as the top priority.
Cons
Many things no longer decided at the individual hospital level, making participation in projects and decisions out of the reach of the staff. Many decisions made for the system and not hospital specific.
