There are a ton of talented individuals on the product and content teams at Strivr.

Cons

The leadership for the product team has been lacking for years. Product direction is yanked around by various customer demands without clear longterm vision. Product features are always rushed and incomplete, leaving tech and design debt. The primary stakeholders causing these issues have now left the company and their mess behind, but there is still a lack of clear product vision. The primary product leadership is inexperienced and has removed those more experienced to protect their position.

Pros

Strivr is an exciting company that is constantly innovating and doing great things! Together we have built a really strong virtual reality platform and are exploring new frontiers of mixed reality in our products. All of the teams are very strong, and everyone is super nice, always eager to work together or hop on a call to chat. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at Strivr. Also, for the last few months we have been operating on a 4-day workweek.

Cons

The team has become very lean in the last year. Although we still have many strong team members left, there is less room for exploratory work while everyone is focused on getting our new product out as quick and best as possible.
