- Cool product - Feels like a truly next level tech company - Good benefits and pay

Cons

- They blind side fired me because of change of leadership in the sales org - This proved to me I was just a number and they dont care about their employees - I quit my amazing job to be with them, they cut me even though I was hitting my numbers to make their new leader happy - 0 loyalty -caused me years of anguish in the workplace because I never feel safe in a job again

Pros

Strivr is an exciting company that is constantly innovating and doing great things! Together we have built a really strong virtual reality platform and are exploring new frontiers of mixed reality in our products. All of the teams are very strong, and everyone is super nice, always eager to work together or hop on a call to chat. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at Strivr. Also, for the last few months we have been operating on a 4-day workweek.

Cons

The team has become very lean in the last year. Although we still have many strong team members left, there is less room for exploratory work while everyone is focused on getting our new product out as quick and best as possible.
