Toxic culture severely impacts mental health; avoid this company - Senior Contracts Manager SUEZ Employee Review

If we look at a toxic work culture definition on google, Suez would fit it all: 1) Politics at work place 2) Microsoft management 3) Discouraging junior staff and demotivating them 4) Wrong decision making by senior management impact of which is born by the juniors. Working at Suez has impacted my mental health severely and I have taken a break from work purposely after leaving them. Extremely bad organization. Pls stay unemployed but dont join them. My honest opinion.
