There are no cons for me.

Always have overtime available because of the turn around

Never have a properly working vehicle Always have some kind of equipment fail every shift Revolving door with an owner that has zero care about his employees, strictly profit No appropriate training Definitely not setup for success, rather find every which way to threaten your job and have 3 different "captains" putting in their 2 cents Dispatch has zero empathy or understanding
