Pros

Good company to get your foot in the door of the work force.

Cons

The company lies to its employees all the time. I was told when I was hired that since I was a college student, I would be able to get help with my student loans. When I applied for help I was told that I had to be a full time employee. They kept meat part time status for a year and a half, telling me that my After call time was too high, or I didn't sell enough wipers to qualify for full time status even though I worked 40+ hours a week and never got to see my kids. When I finally graduated with my degree, and started looking for another job, miraculously I received full time status and all the benefits. Of course past student loans could not be looked at, and I had put my two weeks notice in already. But the entire time I worked here I kept being told "Don't worry, we'll take care of you" while being worked like a part time employee and not being paid for all the overtime I did.

Pros

Working hours, easy to learn, great environment.

Cons

The 1 minute late, rule. If you’re ONE minute late from break, lunch, or even clocking in.. it counts toward your “infractions”. You can only get 3 for the first 60 days. Even if your wifi goes out, you get sick.. anything. It counts.

Pros

The fact that they will teach you and train you to install Auto Glass? Cannot answer this truthfully

Cons

I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
