Pros
clean new facility, nice break room nice location paid vacation 401k easy to navigate computer system good training flexible hours can use internet on downtime paid charity day lots of overtime
Cons
most metrics are very unattainable and even if you do meet them they tell you that you could've done better high stress, repetitive and no fun given final written with no warning (no way for you to track your own absents/lateness) micromanage with things like dress code, no food on floor, no cell phones, etc... back to back calls very little recognition hard to move up unless you suck up most the head honchos have no people skills and have a better than tho attitude management poorly communicates and offers little support no parties like for Christmas/retirement/etc... pressured to provide your own decorations for holidays and donations for charities customers can be rude and mean
