      Pros

      Good Benifits, hours and thats it !

      Cons

      Hourly pay is a joke, unless your upper management your just a number and its difficult to transfer unless your NPS is 90% ( NPS is a question asked on survey " Would you recommend safelite to friend or colleague" even when you have proven your a good tech and a team player,dependable and have stepped up more then once !

      Pros

      Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

      Cons

      Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
