Pros
Training went by quickly, with only 2 weeks and the trainer, Mandy, is super nice. The actual position is pretty simple. You answer phone calls from different glass shops around the country to approve or deny coverage for the work they will be doing based on guidelines given by the insurance company. Safelite pretty much has a monopoly on glass work for vehicles so you'll be dealing with glass claims for just about every major insurance company. It's also nice that you don't have to deal with actual customers all day. You're mostly talking to businesses and it's often the same businesses so you get to know your clients, and you aren't yelled at all the time.
Cons
The assistant to the trainer has ADD and isn't very helpful, especially if anyone else is speaking. And you don't get your own designated desk. Also the parking is far if you don't work really early in the morning.
