This company caters to the technicians management and upper management. They think and tell you that the techs are the face of the company. They offer a 10-2 to techs during this pandemic and not the Customer advocate. It goes to show you they only care about the techs. The customer advocates just get furloughed or let go .I was furloughed due to the pandemic and to come to find out they brought in another customer advocate in my place. Just prior to this I had a issues with upper management and went to HR and they did absolutely nothing about it. They have brought back just about everyone expect for me. I believe I was furloughed and have not been brought back yet for this is there way of retailing against me for going to HR. But I cant prove for it all happened when the pandemic happened. Techs are not held accountable for anything. I have witnessed techs stealing money. Techs are always calling out or showing up late. Techs not collecting payment from customers and then the Customer advocate gets blamed for it. Management calling other Customer advocates the c-word and other nasty things. Management and techs always leaving early. There is absolutely nothing this place offers customer advocates for there hard work we put in.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!
