One of the techs got in a fight with management because they didn't want to give the mobile technicians water bottles during the summer. We had soda and monsters and a refillable jug, but no water. One of the techs made a huge stink about it, got told by one of the managers that "we aren't legally required to give you water". Sorta lacking in the "caring heart" they claim to have as a core value.
Little to no training or support are offered after the initial training/break in period of a couple months, after that the general attitude is "figure it out", and keep in mind pay is largely based on successful installs and satisfied customers, though they refuse to offer continued education (I've never witnessed this in a job, even cashiers get ongoing training, and I brought it up several times to management to no avail)
They have a very "realist" view of things, they have a small portion of guys who are naturally good at mechanical stuff/inclined to the work that stick around for as long as they can run them into the ground, and surround them with fodder that they wear out or break down within five years.
Can't blame em, it's just good business
And labor is billed at about 10X what they pay their techs
