Pros

Some of the employees are great. I made many friends and had some amazing times at Safelite. There were times where I loved my job.

Cons

Now there were times when I looked at this job as being one of the best but it was only that way because of the employees that I worked with. We made it the best place to work at. Than everything went down the drain. The turnout rate for management is unbelievable. I worked at a warehouse for 2 years. I went through 3 General Managers, 3 Warehouse Managers, 3 Supervisors. Not to mention the pay for warehouse workers is absolutely cr*p so I have seen probably 40 different people walk in start working than walk out a few weeks later, either fired or quit. I was actually a very good worker and I left this company on somewhat good terms. In the 2 years I worked for this company I spent more time trying to get to know the new management than actually working. Every time we got a new manager/supervisor everything we did would change. Before we got used to those new procedures that manager would be fired and we would have a new manager with new procedures. None of which would make sense. I don't suggest bringing your car to this division, let alone working for it....

Pros

Working hours, easy to learn, great environment.

Cons

The 1 minute late, rule. If you’re ONE minute late from break, lunch, or even clocking in.. it counts toward your “infractions”. You can only get 3 for the first 60 days. Even if your wifi goes out, you get sick.. anything. It counts.

Pros

The fact that they will teach you and train you to install Auto Glass? Cannot answer this truthfully

Cons

I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
