Pros

None, other then driving a van that you still have to pay for weekly to use out of your paycheck

Cons

1.Over work and under pay 2. Will put you in bad situations and not care about you. 3. Any and all wether conditions -5 better go do all your 8 jobs for the day, 105 better go and sit on the hot tar and touch 98 degree windows with your hands 4. Does not care about your well being, if you get hurt you mine as well just pee in a cup right away because if you got hurt you’re on drugs obviously. 5. Will take all of your time, suck the soul right out of you and then when you comment about wanting to go home at 6pm when you started at 7pm you’ll get ridiculed for not being thankful for your job. 8. They will make you work 6 days a week for months on end and then take your “bonus” pay away after a month. 9. Will throw you to the wolves with unhappy customers and let them scream, yell and physically harm you. 10. During winter they will cut your hours significantly and still require you to driver 40 minutes through a snow storm at 6am just to tell you to turn right back around and go home with no pay after spending 2-3 hours driving just to get there and back. 11. Training is a joke, they essentially throw you to the wolves and when you mess up they will punish you.

Pros

Working hours, easy to learn, great environment.

Cons

The 1 minute late, rule. If you’re ONE minute late from break, lunch, or even clocking in.. it counts toward your “infractions”. You can only get 3 for the first 60 days. Even if your wifi goes out, you get sick.. anything. It counts.

Pros

The fact that they will teach you and train you to install Auto Glass? Cannot answer this truthfully

Cons

I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
