Pros

The pay is decent for a call center and the work by definition is pretty easy. I like my team and the efforts that everyone puts in to see each person succeed.

Cons

The expectations for this job is a bit unrealistic. This is definitely a high volume call center that REQUIRES you to sell windshield wipers or else you’ll get constant 1:1 coaching every week which can be daunting and pressuring to maintain. They don’t tell you that when they hire you. It’s as if your only job is get people schedule for glass repair/replacement, but it is so many “goals” designed to essentially take the place of your quota. Also, please be aware that full time at this company is considered 35 hours and you don’t get proper break times. If you’re part time (5 hrs/day) you break for ONE 15 min paid break and that’s it. If you’re full time (7 hrs/day), you break for TWO 15 min paid breaks. And if you log out “too many” times for restroom breaks or just to drink water cause it’s a high call volume day, they dock you.

Pros

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
